ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order has been placed, we can only cancel and change the order within 10 hours. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. To change or cancel your order, please email info@latinbubbles.com as soon as possible, and make sure to include your order number in the email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

If we’ve made a mistake in what we shipped to you, the cost of shipping the incorrect items back to us is our cost. Shipping costs are non refundable, as are customized product and gift wrapped products. Examples of customized products include:

• Soap designs with custom text
• Soap designs with custom images
• Soaps with custom-selected fragrances
• Customized soap sets

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged items are eligible for full refund or replacement. Errors in personalized products will be replaced free of charge if the error was caused by us.
